This grape variety evolves genetically from Pinot Nero and has reached its maximum expression in our Friulian hills. Of a light “copper” color, it is delicious as aperitif, fried fish, pastas and pizzas . Better to serve chilled at a temperature of 8-10°C. Contains sulfites.
