This grape variety evolves genetically from Pinot Nero and has reached a very good expression in the DOC FRIULI. It was born from a project with our Importers to produce a very good quality Pinot Grigio with a reasonable price to pour by the glass.The grapes came from the flat area from Friuli with different soil and we obtain a very fresh and crispy Pinot Grigio.Of a light yellow color, it is delicious as aperitif, appetizers and fish.
