Since 2017 we have obtained for most of our wines the SQNPI certification – National Integrated Production Quality System – in a word “SUSTAINABLE”. Integrated production (or agriculture) is a voluntary production system that is implemented by respecting the technical standards established for each type of crop, in regards to both the defense against adversities and all the other agronomic practices such as fertilization and irrigation. The Regional Integrated Production Regulations refer to the National Guidelines, which can be consulted here.

Wine is made in the vineyard! We use the utmost care to obtain the best grapes, using techniques that respect the environment and the health of our consumers. From 2017, quite all our wines were granted the SQNPI Certification (Integrated Crop Management National Quality System) which stands for sustainable wine quality, thanks to the use of few chemicals in our vineyards!

The harvest season is for us a time of extreme importance and great joy. The vineyard work of the entire year comes to a climax in this delicate phase. It is the end of a long sometimes rather anxious wait as sudden hail or rain can ruin the yields of our hard work in a few seconds. And yet this is the beauty of working in nature!
