Happy August and good harvest!
Here we are! And this year, even earlier than usual. We are ready to begin the harvest, one of the most beautiful and exciting moments of the year. We will start on August 17-18 with the Sauvignon, taking advantage of the favorable climatic conditions that have characterized the last period. We hope that this too will be a great year to obtain excellent wine, and given the premises we have great confidence. After Sauvignon, it will be the turn of Pinot Gris, followed by the other grapes. How exciting to see our bunches harvested in the Manzano vineyard, ready to become extraordinary #colutta wines! Unique sensations that we will share not only with our collaborators, but also with the guests of our agritourism: they will be able to witness the always interesting and evocative stages of the harvest, closely observing the care we put into picking the grapes.
